Where can I get updates about my order?
Please reach out to us with your contact information using our Contact Us page. Be sure to include your file reference provided to you by your airline. It's usually your city code and airline followed by 5-10 digits.
Are you hiring?
We post ads on Indeed whenever a position is available in your city.
What can I do if my bag is damaged?
Please contact your airline to create a damaged bag claim. There is a process to follow and it all starts with that.
When can I expect my delivery?
Our drivers are trained to stay in contact with you from start to finish. When we receive a delivery order, one of our drivers will contact you to confirm your delivery details such as address and quantity. That becomes your direct point of contact as they will be able to provide an estimated delivery time, updates on delays, etc.
